After recognizing a need for higher quality service and care in the benefits industry, he decided to enter the industry. Tyler has lived in Colorado for 24 years, and now lives in Fort Collins Colorado. Tyler loves to ski, fish, and get outdoors! He has 3 grown children and a beautiful wife. Tyler is also on the board for Life for the Innocent, a 501c3 organization that rescues, restores and renews life to children who were abandoned to the human trafficking industry in South Asia.

Chris entered the insurance and financial services industry at the beginning of 1998 as an agent of a captive carrier. After receiving expert-led training by some of the best in the industry he realized the disservice to his clients being captive. He transitioned to the broker-world with the desire to offer best in class service to the clients he was fortunate to represent. Chris and his wife Kristin were married in 1997 and had 4 sons over the next 8 years and then adopted 2 daughters from China in 2012 and then 2014. In his spare time, Chris is the President and Founder of Life for the Innocent, a Colorado-based 501c3 non-profit that rescues, restores and renews children who are abandoned into human trafficking in South Asia. Chris loves to be outside hiking, fly fishing or reading a good book and also has a passion for travel and has been to over 55 countries in 6 of the 7 continents.
